Same team community builders came to me when I was living in apartment buildings in Brisbane. I grew up in a close knit community and I was excited to become part of another community especially with all the awesome amenities that Brisbane Apartment buildings have at their disposal. However I quickly relised that there wasn't really any inbuild community and instead of bringing the residents together alot of the design of these buildings actually keep us separate.

Now after Covid 19 has ravaged every country and affected everyones social life and activities I decided now is the time to bring the community spirit back and give the power back to the people.

The key is listening, every community is different and we should celebrate those differences. The first building is going to be the Vicinity apartments in Woollongabba, this is a young building and all my years working in the bar and club scene will come in handy, however I have been dealing with aged care for alot of my life also and this will be my next concept.

I believe we all long to be connected (emotionally not through social media) and when we develop those connections with our neighbors our whole life experience gets richer. If you are an Owner that is renting it will bring up the value of your property , if you are a tennent it will hopefully give you a chance to meet new people and make some friends for life. Ultimatley, we aim to destroy lonliness and to bring up the wellbeing of everyone involved.

After all were all the same team.
