Basically, call or email jamie, he will come out and have a chat about what you want to acheive as the manager or as a resident owner occupier and we can build the scope from there
We dont, its important to go in blind so you can listen to what the community wants to engage in. the community will tell you what they want organised then it is up to us to execute it.
No way, the biggest obsticle to community is likemindedness, the more diverse the more interesting the community and the more we all learn from each other.
The initial set up is free to see if it is viable and if we can all work towards a common goal. Then It will be charged to each flat, price depends on size of community however a good benchmark would be $50 - $60 a quarter. But this should be recouped if not made profit from the rental value.
Every area will be different however we aim to set up self perpectuating events eg. book clubs, dog clubs etc and then bigger events with local business taking part. We aim for around 3 a week.
